Managing Director - Manuka Health
Not sure if you are the owner but I just wanted to compliment one of your team. I work as a contractor for Manuka Health and we wanted to find an engineer to complete some temperature measurement in our hot room. After a number of enquiries I spoke to Charles who suggested it was easy enough to do it ourselves. We discussed our requirements and Charles supplied the equipment, set up, ready to go. I had a number of problems which Charles easily resolved and worked through for me. We had never used the equipment before and his customer service was first class.
Such customer service is rare in todays world, nothing was too much trouble and I think its important that great customer service should be recognised hence this email. If you could thank Charles I would be very grateful.
