10kV insulation tester for the testing and maintenance of high voltage equipment. A built-in timer makes both spot tests and Polarisation Index (PI) testing easy to carry out.

- Variable test voltage: 50 to 1kV - 10V steps; 1kV to 10kV - 25V steps
- Displays capacitance at the end of a test to 10µF
