Take it to site and this portable fibre inspection & certification test set provides the pass/fail certification required under IEC61300-3-35. Store the results to the unit or directly to a USB stick (provided) for transfer to a PC for record keeping and printing. Contamination is the No 1 source of problems in optical networks so this unit inspects fibre end faces either with a probe (inserted into the bulkhead) or the fibre cord end inserted directly into the probe tip.
